摘要: A thermodynamic analysis of nitrogen adsorption in cylindrical pores MCM-41 and SBA-15 samples at 77 K is presented within the framework Broekhoff de Boer (BdB) theory. We accounted for effect solid surface curvature on potential exerted by pore walls. The developed model quantitative agreement with non-local density functional theory (NLDFT) larger than 2 tun. This modified BdB accounting Curvature Dependent Potential (CDP-BdB) was applied to determine size distribution (PSD) a number basis matching equilibrium theoretical isotherm against branch experimental isotherm. In all cases investigated PSDs determined new approach are very similar those also using same branch. continuum simple its utilization, suggesting that CDP-BdB could be used as an alternative tool obtain PSD mesoporous solids from isotherms any sub-critical fluids.
