摘要: Abstract Bulk anisotropic Nd–Fe–B magnets were synthesized by hot pressing and subsequent deforming melt-spun ribbons using spark plasma sintering (SPS) technique. Influences of grains morphology Nd-rich intergranular phase distribution on magnetic properties both investigated. Compared with starting ribbons, randomly oriented Nd 2 Fe 14 B in increased their average size from 40 to 100 nm, which led a slightly reduction coercive force the magnets. After deformation, interior consisted well-aligned platelet shaped 80 nm thickness 200–500 nm length. On other hand, most redistributed grain boundaries triple junctions grains. The resultant exhibited remanence (Br) 1.34 T, (Hci) 512 kA/m, maximum energy product ((BH) max ) 280 kJ/m 3 .
