摘要: The ability of foreign nuclei to support development in nuclear transplantation manipulations has proven an effective means assess the consequences differentiation. We have extended use a technique that enables efficient transfer one-cell-stage pronuclei into cytoplasm enucleated mouse embryos, successfully transferred two-, four-, eight-cell-stage inner cell mass (ICM) nuclei. also used this as determining stage-specific embryonic antigen, SSEA-3, is contribution unfertilized ovum. potential value developmental capacity from various states, nuclear/cytoplasmic origins or early gene products, discussed.
