摘要: In order to characterize starch fractions which cannot be prepared in the form of homogeneous dry powders without degradation, scheme analysis has been modified so as avoid working on a previously-dried substance. A semi-micro method for determination concentration solutions is described hydrolysed and reducing power neutralized hydrolysate determined transfer from single boiling tube. Modifications power, limiting viscosity number, properties polysaccharide-iodine complex limit conversion by β-amylase permit these characteristics using dilutions solution known concentration. Adoption methods leads greater precision net saving time.
