摘要: This study anallysed the possible morphological alterations in wistar rats, after medium frequency current stimulation – Russian Current. Three groups of 08 Wistar race rats were selected; 2 submitted to na alectrical muscle protocol by current: Current, divided into Tonic Stimulated Group (GET) and Phase (GEF) other two Control Groups (GC). The selected animals for this work male animals, with a 100 days age 350g weight. GET GEF group animal stimulated 2500 Hz electrical current, protocols: Protocol ICurrent modulation frequency, low frequency: 10Hz, phase percentage 50% per cent, 6 seconds contraction time relaxation, designated from (GET). IICurrent 100Hz, time, (GEF). protocols daily applied E paw Rectus Femoral Muscle each rat 15 minutes duration sessions, during six weeks, 30 total applications. A third was collected rat, that control, frozen N-Hexane, cooled stocked liquid nitrogen. Serial transversal cuts thickness 7 10μm, NADH-TR histochemical reaction obtained, glycolic oxidative fiber
