摘要: Hintergrund Es gibt heute eine Vielzahl von Methoden, die weibliche Brust nach Mastektomie zu rekonstruieren. In dieser Studie wurde Lebensqualitat der Patientinnen und Zufriedenheit mit dem Operationsergebnis untersucht. Zwei haufig angewendete Operationsmethoden wurden dabei miteinander verglichen (Eigengewebe vs. Expander/Implantat).
