摘要: Coatings based on self-assembling molecules (SAM) have been studied as possible substitutes to the chromate conversion coatings for corrosion protection of aluminium alloys. In this work, influence alkane diphosphonates resistance AA2024-T3 alloy is investigated. The investigation carried out by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, potentiodynamic polarization techniques, accelerated experiments and scanning electron microscopy technique. Results show that surface treatment with decreased due corrosive attack SAM solution surface. used passivation chromium (VI) also caused surface, leading slight decreases in resistance. produced best associated growth sealing oxide.
