Determination of phthalate esters in water samples by solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography with mass spectrometric detection.

摘要: Solid-phase microextraction (SPME) with an 85 μm polyacrylate fiber, coupled to gas chromatography–mass spectrometry was used determine six phthalate esters and bis(2-ethylhexyl) adipate in water samples. The variables affecting the SPME absorption process were optimized method developed applied analyze both tap commercial mineral samples as well from Ebro river fishing industrial ports. For real samples, linear range full scan acquisition mode between 0.02 10 μg l−1 for most compounds, limits of detection 0.006 0.17 l−1. Commercial contained recipients which made different materials analyzed, influence material on concentration phthalates evaluated.
