摘要: In this paper we present some research results on the micro and nano-photonic structures in visible near infrared spectral region for optical devices that have been done within framework of Nanoscience Nanotechnology Program Institute Materials Science. first part, report design fabrication 1D photonic structure based porous silicon layers fabricated by electrochemical etching method their potential applications such as filters, microcavity sensors distinguishing content bio-gasoline. addition, demonstrate preparation 2D 3D nanophotonic silica opal prepared sol–gel self-assembled methods. second lasing emissions erbium ions zone from microcavity. The observation emission single-mode green light at wavelength 537 nm is interesting study atom–photon interaction phenomenon. last will show new nanocomposite nanoscale TiO2 and/or ZnO nanoparticles semiconductors metals, which are oriented to energy conversion photo-reactor devices.
