摘要: We examined resected specimens from 40 cases of advanced rectal cancer to determine the extent microtubular nests and undifferentiated cells (budding). investigated relationship between this budding lymphatic invasion (ly), venous (v), lymph node metastasis (n), respectively. Moreover, we ly, budding, n in preoperative biopsy 112 patients, including those mentioned above. The degree which was abundant actively invasive region, showed a strong correlation with ly existence specimens. Also, recognized relatively large portion (52 [46.4%]) found 41 52 (78.8%). In 57 specimens, neither nor found, 16 these (28.1%) had positive nodes. These results implied that region can be great help predicting presence n. or absence also an important factor (along differentiation ly) estimating probability
