摘要: The study notes that much curriculum theory in the public domain is constrained by a materialist understanding of person, prompting focus on economic objectives and treating persons as human capital consumer culture. Examples are identified current Australia. It also noted many purportedly Christian schools, complying with state-prescribed minima, seem to fall short offering an effective counter this reductionist perspective. An alternative perspective hypothesised, drawing New Creation Theology exemplified N. T. Wright, particularly its approach personhood destiny, implied narrative history moving towards ultimate renewal heaven earth.
