摘要: The advancement of wireless communications andintegrated circuit technology has enabled the development lowcost sensor networks. networks can be used for various application areas like disaster recovery, health, military, homeland security, environment, home, etc‥ For each area, there are different technical issues that researchers currently resolving. However, many them trying to tackle limitations this field from a network perspective. Sometimes, effectiveness some proposed approaches must complemented by supports hardware design. This article points out possibilities overcoming same problem set device perspective taking advantage merits nanotechnologies. At time, open research and challenges identified spark new interests developments in field.
