摘要: The present study aimed to examine the ameliorative effects of morin and rutin on reproductive toxicity induced by titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2NPs) in male rats. A total seventy adult Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into seven groups, each comprising ten Nanoreprotoxicity was treating with TiO2NPs at a dosage 300 mg/kg body weight for 30 days. Morin (30 weight) (100 co-administered or without either individually combined. Only distilled water administered control group. results showed that enhanced oxidative stress, indicated reduced levels antioxidants such as superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione (GSH) testicular tissues, increased lipid peroxidation marker malondialdehyde (MDA). significantly sex hormones (testosterone, FSH, LH), sperm motility, viability, cell count, abnormalities, addition damaging histological architecture. resulted downregulation 17β-HSD upregulation proapoptotic gene (Bax) transcripts tissues. Conversely, and/or had protective effect tissue. They effectively counteracted TiO2NP-induced damage morphological injury testis conserving endogenous antioxidant mechanisms scavenging free radicals. Thus, we suggest could be used alleviate associated TiO2NP intake.
