New compounds inhibiting lipid accumulation from the stems of Sabia parviflora.

摘要: Abstract Four new compounds, sabianin A (1), B (2), C, (3) and D (4) together with seven known compounds (5–11) were isolated from the stems of Sabia parviflora. The structures these elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis comparing their NMR data those related compounds. Their absolute configurations determined calculated experimental electronic circular dichroism spectra. lipid-lowering effect all was evaluated using a cell model steatosis induced oleic acid palmitic acid. Compounds 3, 6, 10 showed statistically significant effect.
