摘要: An analytical method is presented for the analysis of glyphosate and its metabolite (aminomethyl)phosphonic acid (AMPA), in lentil samples. They were extracted from powdered samples with water chloroform. The aqueous layer was acidified passed through a cation exchange column. eluate made basic, an anion column hydroxide form discarded. latter eluted hydrochloric (0.3 M) which collected, evaporated under vacuum to 1 ml, diluted 10 filtered analysed using liquid chromatograph post-column reactor fluorescence detector. limit detection, average recovery coefficient variation (CV) 0.08 μg g−1, 92.5% 7.3% 0.1 8.3% AMP A. detector response found be linear within range 20–400 ng.
