摘要: SEVERAL methods have been used to study neurohumoral release within the mammalian brain. These include use of collecting cups affixed cortical surface1–5, ventricular cannulae for perfusion cerebrospinal fluid pathways6–8 and push–pull cannula9. With last device, is passed through inner tube a concentric dual-barrelled cannula recovered by siphoning outer barrel. Because it makes possible small regions cerebral tissue, even in depths brain, has widely investigate spontaneous stimulus-induced acetylcholine2,10–17.
