摘要: This paper reports the design and development of Diceman Query Application. is end-user query application for a video indexing retrieval project based on architecture distributed internet content exchange using MPEG-7 agent negotiation. The was developed to support different search strategies users accessing large archives that have been indexed with complex language. describes interface, its design, supported, initial results from user tests building queries interface (including discussion end-users ability formulate meaningful semantic low-level features). Finally discusses implications underlying engine.
