摘要: Selected aspects of the histopathology Langerhans cell histiocytosis representing diagnostic difficulty and/or controversy are presented with emphasis on composition pathological lesions. Lesional phenotypes and factors influencing variations noted. Features several skin-based histiocytic disorders, dermatopathic lymphadenopathy Rosai-Dorfman disease compared. Associations between juvenile xanthogranuloma malignant disorders considered. Observations potential significance in eventual elucidation pathogenesis these enigmatic diseases presented.
