摘要: Background The short-pulsed pulsed dye laser (PDL) has been previously reported to improve the appearance of hypertrophic scars. Prolonged purpura following treatment led development newer long-pulsed (LPDL). Intense light (IPL) extensively used various components photo damage and reduce incidence purpura, but its effect on scars not analyzed. objective this pilot study was prospectively determine compare safety efficacy LPDL IPL surgically induced Methods Breast reduction (N = 10 scars) abdominoplasty (N=5 were treated using both IPL.
