摘要: Techniques are provided for controlling an on-chip termination resistance in input or output (IO) buffer using a calibration circuit. The circuit monitors the voltage between external resistor and group of transistors. When transistors is within selected range, causes effective to match as closely possible. enables another set IO so that on resistor.
