摘要: Abstract A study was made of the accuracy predicting dry matter digestibility in vivo from disappearance forage samples pepsin (48 h) followed by Onozuka cellulase h). Forty-five representing four tropical pasture species, Cenchrus ciliaris, Chloris gayana, Digitaria spp., Setaria spp. and one temperate grass, Lolium perenne were used. Dry significantly correlated with pepsin-cellulase ( r = 0.94) regression had a residual standard deviation ± 2.7 units. Separate regressions for five grasses RSD values ranging 1.3 to 2.6. It concluded that both range 40–76% could be accurately predicted assay, provided known similar those being tested included as standards each run.
