摘要: The threat of bioterrorism presents an opportunity for health care organizations to transform into more resilient, learning organizations. Rather than focusing solely on preparing what is known or expected in a bioterrorist attack, should strengthen their infrastructures better manage surprises all types. We advocate combination guidelines derived from conventional and complexity science perspectives organizational change, including the need leadership commitment, self-organization, culture interorganizational connections.
