摘要: As it know, most decision processes are depends on preference relations as in the forms by comparing different alternatives over criteria. In process of making, a maker may give his/her judgement means hesitant multiplicative relation (HMPR) using scale $$1/9-9$$ for hesitancy and uncertainty. Shortage time, experience lack experts’ professional knowledge lead to form an incomplete relation. this paper we have defined transitive property HMPR that preserves property. Another aim is characterise two approaches calculate missing element from one. The first approach involves step, estimating step initial values adjusting minimizing error. A linear programming model developed second relation. satisfaction degree acceptable consistency complete also checked. whole procedure explained with suitable example.
