摘要: The aim of this study is to design process optimization for chemical through robust Taguchi identify the best parameter setting purity maximization ‘X’. In author has taken four factors each at three levels with a nuisance factor levels, ‘purity percentage’ two stages and analyses. means (purity-percentage) ‘signal noise ratio’ standard deviation are predicted optimal validated by producing 15 batches inorganic ‘X’ setting. Finding reveals that breakthrough improvement can be achieved depending upon customer orientation viz. when interested in average lot/batch or minimum batch variation purity, then will opt (average) signal ratio (batch variation) respectively.
