摘要: The Internet has evolved from an infrastructure supporting mainly e-mail and web applications, to a generic platform for broad range of services, including telephony (VoIP), television (IPTV), Peer-to-Peer (P2P) file sharing, many more. proliferation wireless optical fiber technology lead increase both in terms network coverage capacity, which is likely going continue the near future. As consequence, facing tremendous growth number users amount traffic generated by them. However, architecture still based on its original design shortcomings, but not limited lack scalability, mobility support, security. In order address these problems, possible solutions proposed scope global EU initiatives "Future Internet" evolutionary revolutionary approaches. Future will only be successful if economic aspects requirements users, service providers, operators are taken into account. To this end, appropriate incentives needed economically efficient supply use resources different Internet-based services. Furthermore, relation between – termed techno-economics critical importance new Internet. This paper provides overview such aspects, describes basic model Internet, discusses challenges scalable management addition, it presents selected areas importance, services as well analysis
