摘要: A metal oxide layer can be deposited onto metallic or ceramic surfaces of a structure (135) in situ, by exposing the to precursor solution at an elevated temperature. The contains: organometallic, oxidant, surfactant, chelating agent and water. is injected into maintained specific temperature, pH level pressure for predetermined period time. resulting situ permanently bonded surface does require post deposition heat treatment.
