Structures and Tunability of Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3/Bi1.5Zn1.0Nb1.5O7 Multilayer Thin Films Grown on Pt/Al2O3 Substrates

摘要: Ba 0.5 Sr TiO 3 (BST) /Bi 1.5 Zn 1.0 Nb O 7 (BZN) multilayer thin films have been prepared on Pt/Al 2 substrates by a sol-gel method. The were deposited alternatively spin coating technique and crystallized rapid thermal annealing. structures morphologies of BST/BZN analyzed XRD FESEM. results showed that the perovskite BST phase cubic pyrochlore BZN can be observed respectively in annealed at 700–800°C. morphology shows are crack-free distinct interfaces. 750°C exhibit moderate dielectric constant around 69, low loss tangent 0.007, relative tunability 21% bias field 450 kV/cm 10kHz.
