Analysis of faults fixing system using rough sets: A case study in large-scale telecommunication company (telecom egypt)

摘要: Rough Set Theory (RST) is a data mining approach which can be used to handle uncertainty emphasized in decision making and presented valuable for rule extraction from data. The main purpose of this paper Faults Fixing System (FFS) analysis using rough sets. First, it formulates the FFS frame condition attributes. Second, indiscernibility relation collects objects that are identical together into equivalence classes, enabling generating reducts, according areas, extracting rules. Finally, suggested implemented on Telecom Egypt Company, Sharkia Governorate branch, as case study. results proposed methodology could support strategic planning labor force redistribution.
