摘要: Abstract Six sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) lines were grown in nutrient solution to characterize their sensitivity bicarbonate‐induced Fe chlorosis. Sensitivity was evaluated by chlorosis score and growth reduction relative the control without added bicarbonate. Chlorosis inversely correlated chlorophyll concentrations uppermost leaves. This technique seems valuable for determining genotypic differences Fe‐induced sunflower. Bicarbonate treatment resulted an increase Ca, Mg, K Mn a decrease P In roots, bicarbonate concentrations.
