摘要: Abstract 1 The effects of catecholamine precursors, enzyme inhibitors, and monoamine depletors have been studied on the stretch reflex in decerebrate rat. 2 L-DOPA alone had a biphasic effect, facilitation followed by inhibition recovery reflex. 3 About 10% preparations did not develop rigidity. These reflex. Within 1 to 5 min injection these inactive preparations, could be elicited. 4 Control experiments indicate that was acting centrally after decarboxylation. 5 DL-dihydroxyphenylserine an inhibitory without preceding facilitation. 6 When preceded diethyldithiocarbamate (i.v.) or FLA-63 (i.p.), predominant response sustained facilitation, accompanying inhibition. 7 It is concluded rat, increased activity associated with central levels dopamine, decreased noradrenaline. results are discussed reference possibility dopamine acts liberating 5-hydroxytryptamine.
