摘要: Abstract Generally in the Chinese iron and steel industry, electricity consumption of cryogenic air separation unit (ASU) is about 14% overall use. To reduce consumption, combined variable oxygen (CVO) supply method for ASU proposed. The exergy calculation program was developed detailed analysis CVO performed. results show that general efficiency (GEE) with a liquefaction increased by 11 %–31 %. oxygen, total (OCUO) compared. OCUO suitable to evaluate energy-saving potential CVO. Compared load regulation Automatic Load Control (ALC), compression reduced more than 4.47% 30%, respectively. It means CO 2 emission every reduction 1% gaseous release year industry will contribute approximately 0.75% 2020s target China.
