摘要: BACKGROUND: In cases of gastrointestinal bleeding, one has to be aware bleeding from the small bowel if no source can identified by gastroscopy and colonoscopy. METHODS: The clinical presentation, investigations, therapy a 44-year-old male presented with due metastasis large-cell bronchial carcinoma(NSCLC), which was radically resected five months earlier is described. RESULTS: Forty after resection there evidence tumour recurrence. CONCLUSIONS: Our presentation confirms concept that also for completely resectable (R0) metastases NSCLC, an operative should considered.
