摘要: Serologie is de geeigende microbiologische diagnostiek voor het aantonen van lymeborreliose. Naast traditionele serologische tests een aantal andere diagnostische modaliteiten ontwikkeld die ingezet worden bij infecties met Borrelia burgdorferi. Enkele deze uitgevoerd in niet officieel geaccrediteerde laboratoria, soms buitenland. Patienten en collega-artsen hebben vaak vragen over zowel waarde als interpretatie uitslagen hiervan. In dit artikel wordt overzicht gegeven enkele veelgebruikte per test lymeborreliose aangegeven.
