摘要: Research indicates that desire and arousal problems are highly interrelated in women. Therefore, hypoactive sexual disorder (HSDD) female (FSAD) were removed from the Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5), a new diagnostic category, interest/arousal (FSIAD), was created to include both difficulties. However, no research has tried distinguish these based on psychosocial-physiological patterns identify whether unique profiles exist. This study compared community sample 84 women meeting DSM-IV (American Psychiatric Association, 2000 ) criteria for HSDD (n = 22), FSAD (n = 18), disorders (FSAD/HSDD; n = 25), healthy controls (n = 19). Women completed self-report measures watched neutral erotic films while genital (GA) subjective (SA) measured. Results indicated GA increased equally all groups during condition, whereas with FSAD/HSDD reported less SA than or clinical also showed lower concordance greater impairment psychosocial variables as controls, showing lowest functioning. have important implications classification treatment
