摘要: This paper presents the verification and application of estimated traffic volume obtained from a statistical model. The model was constructed dynamic responses acquired by structural health monitoring (SHM) system installed on an in-service cable-stayed bridge. SHM consists accelerometers, temperature sensors, traffic-counting based cameras performance firstly assessed, it concluded that regression for estimating number equivalent trucks applicable. However, also recognized conditions such as passing vehicles speed flow slightly affected estimation accuracies. Then, relationships between adopted in were verified using finite element (FE) order to apply bridge safety evaluation. analytical results FE revealed data only variability corresponded with those measurement, i.e., sensitive volume. Therefore, they valid use After that, reliability indices target calculated operational load effects comparison designed design standard. could provide actual under load, contributed more decision making maintenance than load.
