摘要: One of the essential elements plant growth is carbon dioxide assimilation and water vapor loss. Measuring exchange these gases can provide an accurate picture growth, health, ultimate yield. This report describes instrumentation used on Canadian flux aircraft type data collected for measuring gas over large areas. It presents measurements dioxide, sensible heat (H) latent (LE) using eddy-covariance technique. technique provides most direct mass energy at land–atmosphere interface. Flux obtained wetlands near James Bay, boreal forest in northern Saskatchewan, grasslands Kansas, agricultural crops California, city Fresno California are presented as examples potential this to characterize transfer processes complex ecosystems. The accuracy aircraft-based examined with other during wing-to-wing formation flights several tower-based systems tower fly-by. Finally, use interpreting satellite characterizing photosynthetic response a wide range vegetation presented.
