摘要: The genus Artemisia is one of the largest Asteraceae family, with more than 500 species. It widely distributed mainly across Northern Hemisphere, being profusely represented in Old World, a great centre diversification Asia, and also reaching New World. evolution this has been deeply studied using different approaches, polyploidy found to perform an important role leading speciation processes. Karyological, molecular cytogenetic phylogenetic data have compiled present review provide genomic characterization throughout some complexes within genus.
