摘要: This paper presents an ISO FORTRAN subroutine for determining the required sample size or power in a stratified clinical trial. The algorithm permits post-accrual follow up period, censored observations, patient strata risk groups, and unequal case allocation schemes. An example which illustrates use of is provided.
