摘要: Specialist groups have often advised health ministers and other decision makers in developing countries on the use of social insurance (SHI) as a way mobilizing revenue for health, reforming sector performance, providing universal coverage. This book reviews specific design implementation challenges facing SHI low- middle-income presents case studies Ghana, Kenya, Philippines, Columbia, Thailand.
