摘要: E-Learning provides a potentially powerful tool for implementing educational requirements rooted in learning theories. But still, much of the development e-Learning is carried out without true understanding how theories can be translated into pedagogical that implemented using technologies. This because lacks systematic approach to process, resulting poor analysis and design. paper argues system translate supports effective learning.
