摘要: Effects of mycorrhization with Amanita rubescens or Hebeloma sinapizans and dual inoculation the fungi ectomycorrhiza associated bacteria (EMAB) Pseudomonas putida Bacillus cereus on seedling growth accumulation Cd(II) in Pinus sylvestris were studied. Both fungal bacterial species isolated from roots pines growing an industrial area polluted high concentrations heavy metals. During mycorrhization, A. colonized higher number pine seedlings than H. sinapizans, especially when EMAB co-inoculated. In addition, biometric characteristics (i.e. root shoot lengths biomass) stimulated by treatment alone EMAB. was more efficient this stimulation sinapizans. The increased seen for co-inoculation P. putida. Furthermore, elevated Cd(II), ranging 56 μg g−1 to 72 μg g−1 dry weight, underground parts inoculated found. treated accumulated metal those Additional resulted as compared B. cereus. results suggest that Cd(II)-polluted soil may depend forming ectomycorrhizae, species-specific specificity fungal-EMAB interactions.
