摘要: The invention relates to a full-colour organic electro-luminescent display device comprising RGBX-LEDs, wherein the fourth sub-pixel (X) has higher efficiency than efficiencies of RGB sub-pixels. Said provides more power efficient generation white light and other colours, prolonged life time, preferably also an extended colour range, in comparison conventional RGB-LEDs.
