摘要: A method of detecting microorganisms in a test sample is provided. The includes the steps of: a) incubating with growth media to form an incubated sample, wherein enzyme substrate and enzymatically hydrolysable group fluorescent group, present include that hydrolyzes from fluorescently detectable product, product has both acidic basic species; b) exciting light having wavelength Exλiso for time sufficient emit light, absorbance isosbestic point product; c) emitted at Emλ1.
