摘要: The goal of this study was to determine if obesity is a risk factor for total joint arthroplasty. This retrospective review 130 patients treated with either primary hip arthroplasty or knee during two-year period (154 consecutive arthroplasties). were placed in the nonobese obese group. Obesity defined as 20% above ideal weight height, based on life insurance tables. There 51 groups and 103 Charts reviewed number factors associated postoperative complications.
