摘要: • Inhibitors of prostaglandin synthesis are increasingly recommended for delaying premature delivery. However, such inhibitors—eg, aspirin, indomethacin, or naproxen—may interfere with uterine contractility, maternal, fetal, and neonatal platelet function, especially fetal circulation postnatal adaptation. The instillation aspirin (50 to 90 mg/kg body weight) into the rumina lambs resulted in significant increase pulmonary arterial pressure, which was directly related constriction ductus arteriosus. Such pressure elevation may act as a stimulus increased muscular development small vessels lung, which, turn, could rapid reduction vascular resistance normally occurring after birth. effects acetaminophen pregnancy newborn have not been studied extensively; when ingested usual therapeutic doses, available data shown no adverse effects.
