摘要: In a cellular telecommunications system, when user equipment unit (UE) [30] seeks to use FACH common transport channel in cell controlled by the drift radio network controller (DRNC) [262], signals serving (SRNC) [261] whether requires initiation of Common Transport Channel Resource Initialization Procedure. If signaling indicates that does not require Procedure, has discretion initiate Procedure with respect cell.
