摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance and lifetime of a metal coat deposited in the water solution inorganic compound, organic or organomental compound. SOLUTION: When an oxide film is grown on component consisting alloy such as stainless steel nickel based alloy, noble corrosion prevention non-noble at same time. As result, metal- added having relative long obtained reactor operation environment. Especially, if palladium taken into film, catalyst life significantly extended compared with present surface.
