摘要: Firstly, the slurry coating process was carried out for polymer foam, and then coated foam sintered at 1160–1400 °C to yield a reticular iron with pore size of 0.5–2.0 mm porosity 75%–95%. After this, an sandwich structure further obtained by thermal diffusion combination stainless steel sheet treated surface activation. The bonding strength metal face-sheet porous core examined testing three samples from sintering 1300 °C two 1160 °C. results show that is well metallurgically bonded sample 2 h can not 1160 °C same period. analysis reveals vacuum degree present system (i.e., pressure room temperature less than 5 × 10−2 Pa, maximum may be up 20–40 Pa during high sintering) prevent oxidation in heat treatment. face-sheet/foam-core state investigated, found higher tensile failure itself.
