摘要: The present invention discloses a method of arbitrating among plurality channels to access resource, comprising the steps of: providing each channel an address back-to-back counter; assigning counter initial value and pre-defined threshold, wherein is updated according activities resource by channel; contiguous window setting define number times for resource; being served be defined if higher than threshold channel.
