摘要: Porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) has been identified as the essential causal agent of post-weaning multisystemic wasting syndrome, which spread worldwide. To discover cellular protein responses PK-15 cells to PCV2 infection, two-dimensional liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (MS) coupled with isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantification (iTRAQ) labeling was employed quantitatively identify proteins that were differentially expressed in from PCV2-infected group compared uninfected control group. A total 196 significantly altered at different time periods post-infection identified. These related biological processes binding, cell structure, signal transduction, adhesion, etc. their interactions. Moreover, some these further confirmed by Western blot. The high number should be very useful elucidating mechanism replication pathogenesis future.
